You can cancel you order before the product is shipped, and you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Q: Can I return the goods if they have quality problems?
We try our best to guarantee product quality. If you receive quality problems, you may return the item for a full refund. We will bear the cost of freight as long as the reason for returning the item is due to quality issues or a mistake on our part.
Q: Can I return an item without any quality problem.
We accept returns for any reason for up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. However, you need to bear the return postage.

It depends on the original payment method:
For Credit Card, it can take 3-15 days for the refunds to be reflected in your account. (Depends on the bank)
For Paypal, it can take about 1 day for the refunds to be reflected in your account.
