Refund Policy
14-day return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your package and the address to which to ship it. Any item returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

Return costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product(s) to Keepfitsportswear. This includes all shipping costs and any associated fees.

Damaged items or problems with your order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will then assess the problem and take steps to correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized goods (special orders or custom-made items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have, then place a new order once the return is accepted.
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide a justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return to let you know whether or not your refund is approved. If so, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
